Our line of batch type waste water treatment systems are robust, can process from 400 to 8,000 gallons per day, have an extremely small foot print, and are built to work reliably day in and day out with no problems. Everything needed is included. System can be configured to treat cyanide, hexavalent chrome, and heavy metals, or any combination you desire. Touch screen PLC controls allow you to consistently treat your effluent to desired levels in English and Spanish. The system has an option for an expandable filter press integrated into the system, so sludge volume reduction and disposal is fast and easy. Features may include: Mixer with Stainless Steel shaft and 304 Stainless Steel 8” impellor, 1 decant valve 2 True union ball valves on bottom of cone tank, Air Diaphragm sludge pump, Stair tread and deck for cone bottom tank access, Operations Manual in Spanish or English, fully skid mounted, and piped.
